I'd like to leave a food review, but I sadly never got the chance to eat there. When I paid $10 the first time to launch my boat I thought it was due to the time of year or how busy it was that day, but I found out that's the actual fee on a regular day. Even when nobody's there and the other boat launch does not have a fee. Due to this price gouging I did not stay to buy a meal when I got off the lake and refuse to go back. So if you're going there for food, I'm sure it's good, but if you're going there to launch your boat, don't.
Love the fact that this place is on windlake which makes it a great stop for me on the bike. I like to take a walk next to the water and smell the sea air if you want to call it that.
We have started going here and really enjoy the food. Fish fries good. Mostly bar food so nothing overly healthy. Reubens good but meat was in big chunks, so good despite. French fries really good too. They make a good old fashioned too. Give it a try.
