Spooners

So wonderfully surprised. Craving Korean and this place came up. Spooners is not your usual Korean restaurant name, so can't be too surprised that I was surprised :) We'll gave them a shot and happy I did. Tried four different dishes because I just couldn't decide and was starving. All really good and all worth trying again. Only issue is that they had so many other dishes I wanted to try. Kalbi - delish. Thought the amount of meat was a bit light for the price, but it was really really good. Pork belly - One of my faves and not something I can eat often unless at AYCE KBBQ, so this was a treat. Came with all the fixings too. Definitely reorder item for me. Yukgaejang or spicy beef soup - another definite reorder. Well seasoned and tasty. Really hit the spot on a cold night. Jjajangmyun - black bean noodles. Another wonderful surprise. This is a dish usually found at Korean/Chinese specialty restaurants. It was spot on. Everything was packed well for delivery and came with enough side

Delicious food at a fair price, great customer service, and a casual atmosphere. Great for dining in or grabbing carry-out. A nice selection of things like ramen, fried rice, bibimbap, drinks, and more. Very consistent quality and service.

Busy location Clean Well lit Friendly staff Have visited location completing Doordash orders. Wait times have been minimum. However, recent visit wait time was 25 minutes for 5 items. There were about 5-6 tables being served. But it appeared they had all finished their meals. Staff apologized twice for the delay. Order was eventually ready. Went on my way and dropped off order. Not quite sure why there was a very long wait. May return on personal times to try their menu items
