Greek salad should be all about fresh ingredients, especially the dressing. While the salad at Spiro's was fresh, the lettuce leaves were a bit tough and more akin to lacinato kale. But, that would have been forgivable if the dressing was decent. Unfortunately, this had to have been the worst Greek salad dressing I have ever tasted. It was a thin, sweet, creamy pink slurry without a hint of acid or garlic. The Feta was not pungent either and tasted more like farmer cheese or queso blanco. Typically, Greek dressing is made in house of high quality olive oil, herbs, garlic, a little spice and lemon juice. When done right, it makes the simple Greek salad the star of the menu. The gyros were bland and do not have the expected lamb flavor. I suspect that is due to a lot of fillers and/or a mix of more beef:lamb ratio. If you are in a pinch it was acceptable but doesn't compare to others in the area.

Ordered a Greek salad with no cheese and it was filled with cheese. No green peppers in the salad either. I feel like that’s a basic Greek salad ingredient and they’re missing it. Also didn’t give me the dressing. Food is mediocre. Not great and not terrible.

For being a newly opened establishment, they definitely have their ducks in a row. Service was quick and the food was out promptly. Overall we were very impressed with everything we ordered. The falafel was one of the better ones I've ever had. The price for the full meal was reasonable considering we ordered 3 things to share for 2 of us for lunch.
