Amazing Thai Cuisine Happen to drove by the area & saw SpicyThai restaurant Nice atmosphere & great service We order to go with 2 lunch plates, moderate in price & the portions are perfect. Love the Crying Tiger, the meat is so tender and delicious and enjoy the spicy mint sauce which is awesome! tasty and not spicy And Beef satay with peanut sauce is very tender & perfect too. Both complement with big scoop of rice & decent size of salad topped with peanut sauce dressing. We finally found a decent Thai food place in Lake Forest area Highly recommend & definitely will come back again

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this second time coming here and was hoping it would've been a better experience than before. But no sadly. Took about 10mins for them to finally pay any attention to me even after calling out to them. Then another 10mins watching them walk past me/standing by the register and having to raise my voice to finally place my order even having to ask for my drink again after waiting about 5mins.(There were only about 3 other tables at the time) Timing my lunch since I only have an hour. 15 or do mins to finally get what to me is not worth $19 for "lunch special" with some very tasteless food with MSG being the most prominent flavor and beef that was basically burnt where all you can taste is that char. Not once asked for a refill of drink either. They seem like nice ladies but, for both experiences: Service - Terrible Food - Edible Spice Level 1-5 - Non existent no matter the level Would not recommend - I feel this is a very Americanized establishment an

Best to Thai I've ever had regardless of price. Crying Tiger is one of the best beef dishes, period. All their soups are fantastic. Eaten their dozens of times and never had anything but great meals.
