Ordered delivery online through their website and was surprised that it came fast and was hot. Ribs and sliced brisket were seasoned well and very tender. Culinary delight as the flavor danced in my mouth. However... 4 stars because they phone in the side. Potatoe salad = mashed potatoes with pickles. Cole slaw = chopped cabbage with watery mayo, etc. Soulman, upgrade those sides! But I don't know about you, I eat BBQ for the meat. They score big with the meat. Will order again.
Best brisket I've had in a very long time...from anywhere. And the French fries are great. The staff is fast and friendly. You bet I'll come back.
For a chain bbq Soulman's is very good. They use Nolan Ryan Angus Beef and it definitely has a more elevated flavor than a Dickey's or Spring Creek. Their sides are always good and the service is friendly. Prices are also reasonable. For brisket I think Soulman''s is the best chain bbq out there.
