I drove to Soul Goodness, To get some food, To my Surprise It was close, According to the website it showed open, The website need to be accurate, This event took place on 7/ 29/ 2020 @ 12:30pm See you Friday
The food from Soul Goodness was down home and very delicious. I had the melt off the bone oxtails with greens, rice, cornbread, mac & cheese, and something I never was a fan of blackeyed peas. Denise made those peas very tasty. Still, I would only eat hers. The to go containers were prepared once I gotten there. The food was still warm 30 minutes later. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. I will be ordering again
Soul Goodness is a hidden jewel. All of her food is delicious and flavorful. My favorites are the oxtail Wednesday's, gumbo, fried chicken, blackened peas and her greens (they make me dance when I’m eating)..????????????. Food this good and to have it locally is a blessing. Keep up the great work. I’m a FOREVER customer.
