The food was amazing. I've never had their breakfast before. Just the dinner.. I've had the pleasure of trying..the Smothered Pork chops, meat loaf and mashed potatoes with gravy, NOT KETCHUP, greens, the cabbage, macaroni and cheese, and the caramel cake. The cook is Asian and the food tastes better than when some black people make it. That just goes to show that, it doesn't matter your culture, or your background. As long as your willing to put in the work and research to find out what it takes to make food from a different background/culture, and make it the same, if not better than them, anyone can do in it!
Just got chicken and dressing & mad I wasted my money. The chicken was grilled funny and my black eye peas was nasty also just a waste the dressing tastes like a lot of sage ugh never again & this my second time being disappointed.
The food is always good and you get healthy portions. I always have leftovers. This is my go to stop for good soul food.
