Soul Delishaus

I only gave one start because I can’t give Zero. Unfortunately I can not give a review of the food being as thought we never received our order. My husband and I placed an order on the website. Pickup was supposed to be ready at 4:59. We arrived for our pick up at just before 5 and the place was closed. After over an hour of back-and-forth with the phone between the owner and DoorDash because apparently they pick up the stores online orders I was told to come back at 6 PM to pick up my food. That was absolutely fine with me because I understand how systems work and I know that sometimes there are issues and apparently my order went through when it shouldn’t have. My husband and I showed back up at the restaurant at 6 o’clock and it is was still closed and there was no one there. We proceed to start calling the owner and we were being sent straight to voicemail. After my 10th time trying to connect to the owner she finally answers and tells me that she’s farther away than she thought. S

The food is so good, and the owner has a beautiful personality, she goes out of her way to serve you. And if it's something she doesn't have, she will replace it free of charge. I love this place.

My family and I enjoyed our meal. The fish and chicken was delicious and the sides are good. We received GREAT customer service, I’m definitely returning.
