Quality food. I'm so glad I came and tried their tacos and burrito. The agua frescas are also worth it. I ordered the watermelon and the Pineapple with spinach, which I thought would taste weird, but the combination was refreshing. It's is a busy place, but the service was fast. Our food was ready within 7 minutes.
We ordered our food to go but there was open seating so we sat and ate. I ordered 4 tacos de asada with everything, 1 Taco de pollo with everything, 1 Taco de tripas with everything and a Burrito 2.0 with everything. My partner ordered a Caramelo and 2 tacos. As always the food was very tasty. I ordered an agua de Jamaica and it was tasty too. There was something about eating inside that made the experience that much better. The food was very fresh. The chiltepin salsa very spicy and delicious. The tortillas de harina fresh and tasty. Did I say tasty and delicious? The meat has a good flavor. The chicken has a good flavor. The tripas were crunchy if you like them that way. The food is just good. Very good. I've tried mostly everything on the menu and they nail it with everything. Again, the taste. Just so delicious!!!!
This place was fire. I passed by often since I live nearby and I had the assumption the food here catered to the hipsters in the area, but oh man, I was wrong. The food is authentic and delicious. The staff was friendly and the interior is nostalgic. Only con is the parking in the area. Would definitely return nonetheless. Oh and they have beer here too.
