Sonic Drive-In

This location has been going down hill for the past few years. Ordered ahead on the app just two drinks mind you waited for over 44mins. I was asked three times what name was the order under and all three times was brought the wrong order. Finally the manager came out and asked specifically what I ordered he was very nice and returned inside to carry on. After receiving the drinks I was told out of Rt44 cup's and would have to request a refund on the app smh. After returning home drinks were STILL incorrect. I would blame staff shortage but, their was at least six on staff inside. Need to concentrate on time management and order accuracy.

We stopped by Wednesday night, and was told there was a delay on the food. We said we’d wait. The manager was so nice, and gave us our.drinks and ice cream for free. We were very impressed with the manager.

Had online order checked into the spots. An employee was outside & went back in. I sat for over 30 minutes and tried calling the store people were inside playing around with no answer then finally after waiting 30 minutes an employee comes out & rudely tells me sonic is closed, this is at 4 pm and I just think it’s ignorant how they saw me waiting for food and nobody said anything this upset my kids and I had to call & get my money back in which they said it would take 7-10 days
