Sonic Drive-In

I literally only come because drinks are 1/2 price all day in the app so why not ????????‍♂️. Came in to attempt to pick up my order. I pulled into THREE stalls (one of them designated for handicapped customers) and they were not functioning. One, I could totally understand. But three including a handicapped stall? That's beyond an oversight. I told the carhop and while yes, that's probably a manager's responsibility, she didn't seem shocked so that tells me it's not an urgent matter to the operators. UPDATE: Just don't go! My last experience completely solidified my decision to never return to this location. Quality customer service is just not a thing here! I totally understand that the job can be frustrating, but that's part of the job. Either coach your employees to handle challenging interactions better or suggest they find a different line of work. Why would you put a sticker under my cup in order to try and coverup a leak? How hard would it have been to put my oreo shake in a new cup?

Stopped by at around 8:30pm and waited in the drive thru. We were the only car in line. Sat there for about 5 minutes with nobody taking our order. Went to the kiosk figuring maybe the drive thru wasn't working and the employees continued to ignore us. They literally walked outside and were taking photos and selfies and joking with eachother having a great time. No wonder there were no other customers at this location. My wife and I have both worked in the service industry and this was flat out horrible. Yall want $15 an hour for that service?
