The customer service people are always professional. Unfortunately, the app never works. One cannot order or pay via the app most of the time. Half of the servers honor that the app is down and half don’t. Frustrating to pay more because the app doesn’t work.
I ordered a double meat bacon cheeseburger on Texas toast I get all the way home and it’s not on Texas toast be sure to check your order. Also left a over three dollar tip. I will be sure to check my order next time
