Sonic Drive-In

I hate they changed their burger patty, now it's like everywhere else. Drinks are still good, cookie dough bites were ok. Pretzel was the best thing I ordered. Three months now.. it's been at least three months that I know of that this location has had no ice cream... I stop by there on my way home from work several times a week and I ask if the blast machine is fixed yet and their response is always "no, but we got milk shakes".. if I wanted a milk shake I would order one!!!! It's pathetic that the owner of this location can't even manage to keep the equipment in proper working order.. let alone fix it within a reasonable time frame when it breaks! I mean seriously.. one of the biggest things Sonic is known for is the Sonic Blast Ice Cream cups they run commercials for.... but this dump is so poorly managed they won't even fix their equipment when it breaks!! Watch..they will respond back with their standard "we are sorry blah blah blah.. here is the number for the franchise owner" they post for every complaint... I don't want to speak to the waste of space franchise owner.. FIX THE ICE CREAM MACHINE!!!!!!!

I couldn't hear what the lady in the Drive-Thru said, but something wasn't working, so they didn't have any ice cream for sundays. I chose a small chocolate shake. It was delicious. Not disappointed at all. Service was quick for Sunday evening.
