Complicated order, multiple "special requests" and the entire order was correct! Good job! Suggestion for Sonic. When ordering a soft pretzel, customers should be able to opt out of the cheese sauce. More folks say they don't care for anything, perhaps mustard. That could help your business.

I must love punishment b/c the wait time is always 15-30 mins, even with the app. This was my 3rd trip and will be my last. I could have gotten my food at any dine in establishment by now.

An otherwise 5 star experience as we are passing through is reduced to 3. I utilized your restroom facilities and sat is sewage while I went to the bathroom. There was evidence on the floor tile that this was not a once off - so more long term issue.
