Sonic Drive-In

I have been taking my Teams to Sonic for the past 5 years at least 4 times a year from Oregon to Vegas and this one in Reno has the worst Service .Management yelling at employees for helping us out. I had 20 girls here and they complained that we had to big of a order. Well guess what we pay you Check at the end of week I could have taken my team to another sonic and left you hanging with your order because we hadn't been charged Respect your Customers!!!

We drove all the way from Redding California, there were four of us Hungry and excited to be in Reno. We were the second Car there! And before we knew it the parking lot was getting busy finally 30 something minutes later they brought food and drinks to our car and handed the bags inside our car just to find out the food was not what we ordered after handling the food we told the guy it was not ours and he took the bags inside and processed to take it to another car which was disgusting another 20 minutes later my sister went in and demanded her money back!!!???? very unprofessional. Especially to think that we handled the food that someone else ate. we’ll never go back there and I hope you don’t either!!!! Very unprofessional.
