Just bad. I came here for lunch. I got a chili cheese coney and tots. Coney was ok, but bun was a bit stale. Tots were awful. Truly inedible. Just go to a different Sonic, it's worth the drive.
The reason we place mobile orders is we don't want to wait in your drive-thru line after we have already waited 15 minutes or drove from far away the order should have been ready and you should have been able to bring it to the car like I said in the app but no we have to wait in your drive through 25 minutes after we've already waited the 15 minutes this is ridiculous
Obviously short staffed. Waited in drive thru line 20m. Employee on the speaker said he was by himself. Waited another 5m. Employee continuously repeated my order wrong and made noises like he couldn’t hear me. I asked if I should just come around to the window. He said sure, not like I have anything else to do. I left.
