Sonic Drive-In

Bought a caramel sundae it was not ready it was runny all the caramel sat at the bottom on the cup and it’s like the ice cream was warm had to put it in the freezer, wish I could post the picture I took. Unbelievable will never buy from there again if they can mess up something so simple as that.

I waited a hour and a half. BUT the man working, was the only one there. He is working his butt off and I am glad I waited. It can't be easy to do it all by himself. He showed up even when his coworkers didn't. He needs a raise. Corporate get this man some help and treat him right. A loyal employee who doesn't give up when it gets tough.

Ordered through the app and had a horrible experience. Showed up to pick up our order, indicated we had arrived as well as our stall number. Waited 15 minutes and no one ever came or even acknowledged us. I tired to go up to the kitchen but all doors were closed with noted clearly noting employees only. I called the restaurant 3 times and never got an answer. My call went to voice mail all 3 times and voice mail was full!!! I pressed the red order button in a stall 2x in an attempt to get someone to answer me and no one did. We left after 30 minutes without our meal. My credit card was charged. I have been furious about this visit. This was my second horrible visit at Sonic. The first time I received my meal and didn't complain. I was trying to be understanding and compassionate, knowing many restaurants are short staffed right now and I believe they all are trying to do their best. However, nothing about this last visit indicated to me anyone was trying to do their best. I'm done
