Sonic Drive-In

Very disappointed with the service at sonic today. First, was sad to see the stalls were not even open, stripping me from the ideal sonic experience. After that, i was sad to hear that they were all out of mozzarella sticks. And just to top it off, I was told they were out of ice cream. I believe this is a lie, as I saw kids drinking milkshakes at the tables. I waited a long time at the window, just to order some grilled cheese sandwiches. They are clearly understaffed, which is problematic due to the large crowd of food connoisseurs. The vegetarian options are lacking, to say the least, and when there is a food shortage of the few vegetarian options, real problems arise. Sad to say I had to go to another establishment to fulfill my hunger.

I waited 45 minutes to place my order and 15 minutes for my food. I ordered a large honey BBQ chicken popper entree and this is what I got. Bone dry poppers. Eight dollars and an hour of my weekend absolutely wasted just for this.

I would give this place zero stars. I’ve been here twice and both times I had to wait for ever to even order. The stalls were closed both times, so I had to go through the drive thru. It always seems like the employees are doing everything but working. Pretty sure I saw one of them do a drug deal mid day in front of me. The food was also terrible. Go to another location
