Why in the hell Is their system always down? And when it isn't the drive thru line is wrapped around the dam building?. We the public need answers
Was told they were only doing drive through, placed our order and got it then had to go back around because they messed up and gave us the wrong item. Then they tried to argue with us.. I told them if it's a big deal I just won't eat it and we'll leave. The manager did want to fix it but we waited an extra 20 min..... we won't be back... you don't argue with you customers because you messed up.... Oh and they were taking pull up orders for other people but just didn't want to do it for us.... ????♀️????♀️
I stopped by the location around 830 and I literally sat at the speaker for 5 mins, as I proceed to pull forward I noticed the cashier putting back on her headset ????♀️. When I got to the window the cashier inform me that they’re only taking drink orders and the shake machine is down lol. They might as well close the store
