Sonic Drive-In

The wait so long, took 5 ish minutes before order was took after pushing the order button. Then started the order and no response to my ordering food. 2 minutes before they said anything. Said sorry give the rest of my order, took 3 minutes waiting to process. Then waited 45 minutes went to the front door no one would answer the door. Was walking back to my truck and an employee was walking to truck with my food. Employee took us she working both side of the restaurant until 1 am. No sorry for the wait. For food was warm and the shack as well. Not coming back.

I was literally I'm the drive thru for 40 minutes. The parking lot was so tight I couldn't get out of line if I had wanted to. Even after I got my food it took another 10 minutes to leave parking lot. Great food but I have to imagine they lose a ton of business by taking so long.

Everyone that works here seems like it’s their first time ever talking to a human being. Every time we go we have to wait at least 45 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks. This time, the girl at the window told us that the person in front of us paid for our order. She handed it to us and I told her it wasn’t the right order, so she closed the window and when she came back she told us our total even tho the person in front of us paid for it?? I obviously don’t mind paying, but someone just wasted their money for nothing since we got charged for it
