Sonic Drive-In

I try this place once every few months to see if they improved their service. Either I'm really unlucky or they consistently don't deliver simple orders correctly.

We had an awful experience. We pulled up before closing, 15 min, and yes I know right before closing. I've worked many years in the food industry and I do my best not to do this but you never know someone's circumstances... this happened to be one of those times. Anyway, when we rang for service I saw someone walk to the back, away from the windows. No one answered, went to another pull up, rang the bell for service, no one answered. When we finally pulled off I saw a blond headed girl pop her head up and then duck when she saw us. Absolutely horrible. I understand it's right before closing but you don't know the circumstances of what people are dealing with and why the pull up when they do.
