15 Oct 2022 - 4:30pm - Bad experience: Pushed the order red button. 10min later the lady began to register my order and ended the conversation without warning. I pushed a second time. 5min later she told me she didn’t understand me. 15min to order. Great! 10-15min later I get my food: cheeseburger cold, fries cold, only 2 napkins. Conclusion: last time ever at Sonic in DMV!
Drive thru attendant was very abrupt, rude and interruptive. She would not allow us to finish placing our order before she interjected, and ultimately got our order wrong. The manager on shift was just the same. Dietary restrictions: They changed a diabetics drink to full sugar.
Chicken sandwich had basically no chicken in it. Was pretty foul to be honest. Drinks and fried pickles were good though. This should never qualify as chicken.
