Cashier Noah claims you do not sell hot fudge. Wanted to order a hot fudge shake that is listed on the menu. Noah the cashier told me that they do not carry hot fudge. I asked if they were out of stock at the moment but he said they do not offer hot fudge on their menu. I asked him why then was it listed here, a hot fudge shake on the menu. He ignored me. Please inform Noah of your menu items. This happened around 1:30pm today
The official Sonic app would not let me place orders for pickup. When I arrived to the store and showed the cashier this, she said they would not honor the 1/2 price drinks anytime that you would normally get when ordering through the app. I ordered four drinks based on this I was overcharged $5.78. Extremely poor service, with no explanation as to why THIS particular location fails to follow a corporate standard.
Best sonic I’ve ever been too! Food was so fresh and management was so pleasant.
