Sonic Drive-In

The food tastes ok. You get what you pay for. Service is a bit slow, but they're always short staffed. The issue is quality. An Oreo Blast should be mixed thoroughly through, but here, it's a cup of ice cream with some Oreos stirred in the top ⅓ of the cup. The food is always sloppy and looks like it's been smashed. We really only keep going back because it's convenient.

I arrived this evening and was informed that if I wanted to order food and ice cream, that it would be an hour wait, if I just wanted to order ice cream, it would be a 20 - 25 minute wait. I understand that staffing issues, equipment issues can impact productivity, so I ordered just ice cream, two items, one for myself, and one to take to my wife. I sat in the drive through line for 35 minutes, only to be informed that my order was not in the system. I expected that the manager would have stepped up and made it right, no, all I heard from him when the young lady explained what had happed was "oh." I will never go back to this store.

Such a terrible experience. Ordered two drinks and mozzarella sticks. Took literally an hour to get our food. Drinks always taste like they’ve been watered down or like the machine needs cleaning. We’ve given this location so many chances.
