Sonic Drive-In

I stop into sonic easily 3 times a week. I do not usually go to the Sonic on n Crowley rd, but have been in that area this week. Yesterday was so very slow and my pretzel was so dark, almost burned. The carhop apologized for my wait. Okay, I get it, under staffed etc. I even give her a tip. Today, I order through the app when I get there and input I am in stall 14. The app tells me to press the red button to let them know I was there. The girl on the other end says she can’t find where I ordered anything. I explain I have a confirmation. Here is my name etc. She finally says “I’ll find it”. 23 minutes later., I press the red button again to ask where my order is. (It’s only 4 drinks and a pretzel twist)y It’s the same girl. She keeps trying to take my order and I’m trying to explain to her that I’ve already placed my order. A manager emerges and walks over to my car. Again, I explain everything to her and she keeps telling me they never got my order, and if I want food, I need

20 minutes for 3 drinks. And then had to ask for a refund. Drinks never delivered. There was only 3 other vehicles.

These guys.. smh just gave me my tater tots, half full of fries and a broken corn dog stick inside. I'm glad I didn't just hand it to my kid. And they screwed up my order. I probably wouldn't trick or treat here. Who knows what will end up in the candy.
