Sonic Drive-In

I get they were super busy and I felt bad ordering something at the window when I previously ordered something because I felt rushed because there was a super long line. But the person at the window instead of being polite was just super annoyed and when I apologized a lot they continued to be irritated. They said, “I guess so” But I’ve worked in fast food and no matter what, I would never give someone the attitude that I experienced there.

I would rate it a zero if I could. Ordered a number three and the bread was burnt and hard. My tater tots were literally so cold. And we ordered two coneys. A foot long and a regular one and they barely put chili on them. Its a friday night so we waited in line over 15 mins, oh and lastly they shoved all our food in a small bag so the small coney was squished as well as the burger. Terrible service, terrible timing, and terrible food.

I ordered two meals and received no receipt so my complaint is going online. The lady in the drive through either was ignoring me or couldn’t hear me properly. I ordered larges and was charged for them and received smells. The chili dog meal barely had toppings and the tots were half empty with none in the bag. The 5 piece tenders were old and rubbery and the tots were also. The toast in the meal was rock hard and instead of giving a full order of tots they tried to fill in the space with a onion ring and a couple of under cooked fries. The friend I took there is from Florida where there’s tons of these and he says this is the worst one he’s ever been to. I will be doing the opposite of recommending this sonic to people who ask. I waited a day to post this so I wouldn’t post it while upset just to make sure I only wrote down the actual issues.
