Food was good. Maybe it was the intercom but I had to repeat my order several times. When food was delivery, we were not asked if all ok or if we needed anything else. Four times I have ordered shakes from this location, four times I have received completely incorrect orders. Certainly I am the stupid one now for continuing to give my money to this garbage restaurant. I pay extra for a shake to have cookie dough and receive a cup of just vanilla. I didn't realize it was so incredibly difficult to read an order and make a shake.

I will never go to Cicero's again - cheeseburgers were cold, hard and dry, lemonade tasted like rotten lemons and unfiltered water, fries were cold...worst burger I've ever had? I have tried other locations and the cheeseburgers are very good. I hope it was just a bad day but they were so bad I would never go back.
