Sonic Drive-In

Went to sonic today. Most of the stalls computers are down (its been like this for a month but more are down today. At least 50% of them). Decided to go through the drive thru, sat there for a few minutes until someone greeted me over the intercom. She asked me if I was at the drive thru or at a stall which I thought was odd. I had to repeat my order several times. She seemed very confused (all I asked was for a #1 with ketchup and mayo because last time I was here I didn't specify and only got mustard). Anyways, at the end she told me "your total is..." and then never said anything after that. Continued to wait at the intercom for another few moments when I realized she wasn't going to tell me my total. Management needs to be present, everyone seems like they need to be trained better, and lastly, money needs to invested in making this place look like a sonic and not a run down, going out business, establishment. I do enjoy sonic and so this location is kind of disappointing.

Pulled up to a stall and placed my order of 2 drinks. After almost 15 minutes I pushed the button to find out where my drinks where. The guy answered with “we’re doing drive through only at this time” I tried to tell him I already placed my order but he didn’t hear me. I again pushed the button and this time I was able to tell him I had already ordered. He again said drive through only. I have up and pulled up to the drive through and told them. They said after I had ordered, 3 carhops left so they didn’t have anyone to deliver the order. Way to go sonic. I think this is the worst sonic I’ve ever seen.

Slush machine has been broke for a month as well as service taking longer then any other sonic
