Sonic Drive-In

I sat and waited in the parked area for 12 mins and nobody took my order. I noticed the drive thru moving faster so I went there and was done in 2 Min. If the machine is broken in the parked area, put a sign on the machine. If you are backed up, come on the intercom and say something to the customer. The one girl that did come bring someone their food outside, seemed irritated. Outside only had one other car when I pulled up, there was no reason for me to have to wait 12 mins.

My family and I went to the Sonic Drive-in on Rt. 40 at Rossville Blvd. for a quick dinner tonight. With out a doubt it was the worst service and food I have ever had in my life. I guarantee we will never go back to any Sonic Drive -In again. I still have a nasty taste in my mouth.

My husband asked for a regular cherry limeade drink and they gave him a slush, my honey BBQ popcorn chicken had hardly any BBQ sauce on them and they were super breaded more than normal, I know that's probably a corporate issue but still....feel like this sonic is going downhill ????????last time I came they didn't give me any sauce and the bacon on my sandwich was overcooked smh....hope they figure things out. Won't be coming back for a while
