Sonic Drive-In

I come to this location pretty often and from when I first started coming here to now it's just going down hill, every time I come they never have the correct size or something is not working like the slushie or milkshake machines. Today when I came in I ordered 2 large drinks on the app and they were out of large cups (of course), so the lady tried charging me the difference for 2 RT44 even tho it's not my issue they don't have the large cups in stock but anyways I obilge. I did the math on my phone & what the difference should have been was 32 cents but she comes back asking for 1.88$ which was way more than expected , I asked what was the reason and she said idk this is what it shows on her system, so at this point I ask for my refund as I'm not going to pay any more than I should, I understand it's only a couple dollars but it's the principle. This is not the Sonic I tend to frequent but I came across it and thought I'd order my usual. I will preface with the place being nearly packed full. Even so, carhop (1 of only 2) was friendly and polite. I did have to wait around 15 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 small popcorn chicken. However, I know the girls were working fast. It was more a matter of needing more staff (they are hiring!) and not due to slow or uncaring service. Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese and French fries and onion rings would make for an amazing vegetarian meal! Not exactly healthy but very delicious! Kid-friendliness: Wacky packs are fun and Sonic ice cream is very high quality! Not to mention the fun slush flavors. Parking: There are a lot of parking slots. However, few were available the day I went. This place was super busy! Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible parking spots.

Did an online order on the app. When we got there we let them know what booth we were at. After 25 minutes I went to ask for a refund and I got a bad attitude from the manager. They did however refund me my money and gave me what I ordered for free. Unfortunately the food was cold and the frozen drinks had holes that were punctured by the staff. Not going back there again.
