SoFresh

I work downtown and I am very happy that there is this healthier option for lunch. The menu is great, they are quick, and I like that they have kiosks you can order from. I have a couple reasons for giving only 3 stars. First, they always seem to forget an ingredient or two in my bowls. I don't really change up menu items much (no adding or subtracting ingredients, I order as is), but almost every time something is missing from what I order. It wouldn't be that big of a deal, but if I'm spending $15 on a salad I at least want the ingredients that are supposed to be included. Because of this, I have made it a habit to check my bowls before I leave the store, because I will most likely have to visit the counter again to add what is missing. Also the chicken is a little more pink on the inside than I think it should be. It has never made me sick or anything, but it does make me skeptical. These are both easy fixes, and I'm still grateful for SoFresh as an option to order from!

Hands down my favorite place to get a custom bowl - even though my go to is the Skinny with citrus grilled chicken. It’s very flavorful and always tastes SO FRESH ???? also love that they carry Waterloo sparkling water, and obsessed with mixing up their fresh juices!!

I ordered a Greek chicken wrap around 8pm, it took about 25 minutes to receive. The flavor was very bland. Most of the chicken was thigh meat, which doesn’t really work with that preparation in my opinion. Nobody says hello or anything to you. There are plenty of other bowl / Salad restaurants to eat. If the food had flavor I would not have minded the wait.
