It's worth a try. We had a pot pie, crab Benedict, honey oat milk latte, and a strawberry mimosa. The drinks were delicious. They don't hold back on the alcohol and the coffee was amazing. The Benedict had so much flavor. I'd recommend trying the shrimp n grits over the pot pie. Staff were friendly, helpful, and fast!
Before visiting, I had my doubts due to the rave reviews on Google and Yelp, thinking it might just be generic pancakes and breakfast fare. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I tried their pancakes; they were simply divine. The fluffiness and flavor were off the charts, exceeding all expectations. Not only were the pancakes exceptional, but the servers were also incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The positive and energetic ambiance of the place added to the delight, evoking a nostalgic feeling of happiness, like being in a joyful and colorful space from my childhood. It's undoubtedly a spot I would love to return to, bringing back fond memories and creating new ones.
Shrimp and grits so good, it'll make you want to "slap yo momma"! Lol! However, I do not recommend any "momma slappin". The sweet potato pancakes fluffy, filling, and fantastic! Lastly, those Graceland pancakes were something different. I must admit that I wasn't sure about them, but one bite changed my mind. I started swaying like Elvis. ????
