Kansas City is blessed with a number of good barbecue restaurants. Snead's is consistently good food, one of the top spots. The slab of ribs is always meaty and well-prepared. The lunch menu sandwiches and burnt ends are good value. Service is friendly and prompt.

Burnt ends were not the standard hard and crusty, but just as nice fall apart juicy with crust, very nice!... Ribs fine too, sausage but bland and sliced lengthwise, not the way I like, but the rest of our company loved it, so just a personal preference... Service fine except but slow for drink refills.. Parking: Fine easy parking conveniently next to C-store
