Smoothie King

Ordered 2 smoothies, 1 small and 1 medium. They were out of raspberries for the small but added more blueberries to replace it (they asked what I wanted). The medium they handed me a cup that was only 3/4 full and had smoothie dropping down the sides that of course landed on me and the seat of my car - no napkins given. ???? Very disappointed at the service.

This is not against the employees, I know they are doing their best and are probably understaffed..but the drive through situation needs work. We waited 30 minutes in line for a smoothie. Hopefully they can hire more people, because the drive through is really convenient when it’s quicker. Also, it’s awkward when they ask if we want to add a tip…in the drivethru.

I’m a daily regular at this location. The management Tim would provide excellent customer service. Today I’m very disappointed with the staff. I ordered my usual a 32 vegan spinach pineapple. The young lady Eveny tried to give me a smoothie and I said that not the correct smoothie. She says yes ma’am this is spinach pineapple. Then a manager came to the window telling me that’s how it comes. I explained to the manager it’s supposed to be green she says I went my the ingredients and that’s how it comes. Then I said well that’s not it then Eveny stated we can add more spinach for .99 cents. I asked the young lady why would I pay for extra spinach when there is none in this smoothie. They manager made me another smoothie and it tasted so horrible. I basically just gave smoothie king $9.41. Your suppose to taste the spinach and pineapple not chunks of ice it was bland. Please teach your staff how to make a smoothie correctly. I have been coming to this location for several years and this
