I use to love this place, but it went to the dogs! They are so rude. I ask for napkins after I spent $32.00 and they gave me literally 3 smh. The money is not worth the rudeness. Still love they Gyros, but will just settle for Greek town.

Rude. ! The cook gave us the wrong order. We didn’t realize it was wrong til we ate our fries and reached in to grab our polish and saw it was an Italian beef. We went to the counter with our receipt to let the cook know we got the wrong order and he said nobody picked up the polish meal so he ate it. And said the beef was ours now because we grabbed the order.

This rating would've been great if they would treat customers with respect & not based on $ signs. I order a cheese burger and asked the cashier what kinds of cheeses other than American do they put on burgers. Her response was swiss, and provolone. The chef said all we have is American cheese for ???? the other cheeses are to expensive for burgers. I said that's not what the cashier said. And regardless, of how much cheese cost if that's what the customer asks you should provide. No visible signs indicating or specifying that. I have never heard of such a thing a day in my entire life. So be prepared to spend a lot of money to get provalonge.???? I declined to order after that statement. He also lied talking about you asked what kinds of cheese we have when I specified for cheese burgers as if I'm deaf. He said the cashier didn't hear clearly due to the noise. Cooks needs training on customer service.
