This is definitely the best barbecue I have ever tasted! It is moist, smoky and the ribs fall off the bones. I would highly recommend this barbecue. Best kept secret and Crowley!

WOW my husband said he just ate some dang good ribs! This is NOT an easy man to please on ribs. He had some pinto beans cooked to perfection and cornbread he was a happy fellow! I ate the sliced brisket fork tender and flavorful with a side of yams and some of the best greens I've ever ate outside my own house???? If you aren't careful you'll get way more food than one person needs to eat. Took a couple of tiny pies home for later sweet potatoes & chess. Greg is a kind and friendly soul and we just happened to stumble on the place it's behind The Fajita House in Crowley. Some other choices Greg called it "soul food" looked delicious there was Salisbury steak I would have had to try it if there had been some Mac & cheese, or Oxtails they looked absolutely savory but I'll have to gain some more courage.Lol not sure about eating something that's been wagging. Turkey wings bubbling in some thick rich broth I will be trying those next time. I can't remember the other option in soul food ca
