Been here a few times before and it was fantastic, this time not so much. Let me preface this by saying that it was Monday afternoon around 3pm. Meal deal was supposed to have six quarters of smoked chicken, we received four. Chicken was dry and had no flavor. Pulled chicken either Sliders or pulled chicken was dry, definitely needed a sauce. Ribs were decent but lacked the amazing "porkiness" that we received in past orders. Sides were OK. Fries were soggy. The highlight of the "deal" is the blueberry chicken slider. Delicious and crunchy. Everyone has their "off" day. Will not stop me from returning, our previous times here were amazingly good!
Omgawd. This place has amazing food. The BBQ ribs I ordered, WOW! very fulfilling, I couldn't finish it, took it home happily! ???? the environment was nice I liked it. We had a great time, staff were super nice/friendly. We'll definitely be back to this place again. I hope this time they have glass cups for my whiskey sour. ????It came in small plastic cup which is fine bcus it is a beer draft place. Not gonna make a big deal, the food definitely made up for it that it hardly paid attention to my drink. Lol. Btw, that macaroni and cheese bowl, YUM! From Charlie Day "BEER, BEEF AND JESUS! Popped in while I was in town. Never heard of the place, but glad I was riding by. I decided to order the Smoked Chicken, mac n cheese, and Cole slaw. Let me not forget the Blueberry Chicken Sliders!!! The chicken was descent, I like the smoke process followed by a dip in the fryer. (I think/ believe that's what helps it achieve that crispness!) The sides were good. The star of this days order were the Blueberry Sliders. Chicken cooked to perfection, the Blueberry spread in conjunction with the sweet roll makes this a helluva combination! The staff was nice, restaurant was clean, prices were decent. The young lady who was my server even tried to find me a Smoke & Fire t-shirt (it was an extra small needed and XL). I will definitely stop in again for some Smoke & Fire.
