Food was ok. Nothing special. The portion for the fries was small considering the prices. No napkins were available and the place was in serious need of tables to be wiped down and a floor sweep. Straws were in a container on the counter and not individually wrapped in any way.
They made sure my order was dairy free! Awesome service too! They did get my husband‘a order wrong though. He asked for no pickles and got only pickles on his burger. Nevertheless, awesome service!
In short, our visit was a mess. Not sure if the lunch rush had anything to do with it, but the whole process seemed very disorganized. My order consisted of three things, each coming from the kitchen five minutes apart (after reminding the waitress/food runner). One of the bathrooms was out of order. Lackluster burger cost $10, and the shake was $6. Not worth it.
