Smashburger

Took the family there and while the service and atmosphere were good, the food was not. I had the brisket burger and the brisket was the least tender and flavorless brisket I have ever had. I had trouble chewing that and it mostly pulled off the burger on its own. The burger without it was okay, but it couldn't be eaten all together and even eating the brisket separately was hard since it was so chewy. We also had a mushroom and Swiss burger which did not taste good. I would not recommend going here. Save your money and find a better burger.

called in an order for pu at 4:30 to be ready at 5:45. i went about 6 miles out of my way which is not awesome at these gas prices. Got there a few minutes early and was surprised my order was already ready. Drove about 3 miles to my house in 102 degrees and when i got home everything was cold. not a little cold. like they made the order when i called it in and just bagged it in. I had a burger chicken strips and fries. cant really microwave anything but the burger. so the fries went in the trash and my dogs got cold chicken for treats as well as the burger. I spent 22 dollars on something i didnt eat. Tried to call an they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Twice. Never gonna spend a dime there again.

There were a group of high maintenance women being extremely difficult. They made an employ just miserable. The manager, Justin, did a great job keeping his composure dealing with the clients and his own employee.
