Smashburger

I've eaten here twice and while the first time was a semi decent experience the second was not. The staff and location are always nice and clean. But when it comes to the food its fairly way over priced for the quality you receive. My most recent order, yesterday was very bad. I Ordered online and picked up my order at my designated time of 2:30pm. When started eating we immediately noticed that it was very cold, all of it the burgers and fries. As if they made our food at least 30min prior to us picking it up. Ingredients were not fresh at all my burger's tomatoes tasted like they were days old and my lettuce was brown, the meat was also way overcooked and charred which just made it very dry and not juicy. My friends avocado black bean burger only had one ingredient avocado and that was old as well very brown and mushy. Overall we will not be recommending or returning as it was very expensive for the quality of food we received when comparing it to the competition. 2/5 Friendly staff

DELICIOUS food! Absolutely loved my meal and it was not a bad price. However, it was a 30 minute wait and the entire store was dirty. You could tell it was very understaffed, but the food was so good I didn't mind the wait.

This is the second smash burger location I’ve tried. I was hoping my other experience in lake Nona was a one off but sadly not. This chain is just an over priced McDonald’s. I really wanted this place to be good as I am new to the area. I guess my burger spot will have to be five guys.
