Smashburger

The food was just okay…but, I expected the bean burger to be more solid. I’m about to straight up and put this in a tortilla. I got all crumbs for onion rings and definitely putting my fries in the air fryer. Definitely won’t have to worry about me ordering here again.

Simply walked in as a DoorDash driver to grab an order. There was about 15 people in line, no big deal that’s normal. But it says anyways to go to the left & don’t wait in line if you have a pick up order. So I followed the sign and immediately as I got to the counter a cook asked if I had pick up. I said yes, and she motioned for me to pick it up so I did. The cashier, who I am assuming by her attire & attitude is the manager, very rudely snapped at me to get my attention telling me I can’t grab it myself. I told her twice a cook had specifically told me to pick it up & she continued to stare me down telling me I cannot. It took the cook walking out of the back, to calm her down and tell her it’s a lay. Very rude, I’m just trying to do my job.

I ordered through Doordash. The entire bag containing my order was seemingly dropped in oil, as you can see from the dashers image as well as the ones I took immediately after receiving my bag. Most of the order was inedible. The burger wrapping was drenched, but saved some of the burger and what I could eat, was pretty tasty. Unfortunately what I could eat, was very little. Overall pretty disappointing, but I don't imagine every order goes out drowning in oil like this, at least I hope not.
