Smashburger

I was soooooooo angry when I took my food out the bag. Them people either had dirty grease or old fries, or a combination of both! This was only my second time trying Smashburger! I went on Michigan Ave and my food was soooooo good & fresh, so I decided to try the one in my neighborhood and it was an epic fail. I never understand why restaurants are comfortable with serving their guest any OLD thing. Food poisoning does exist ????. I’ll post the pictures from Downtown and Oaklawn so you all can see the difference!

I will never visit this establishment again. I bought 4 overly priced burgers at $10 per and added egg on all 4. I also bought 3 shakes at $6 and 3 fries. Total $87. However that wasn't the issue. The shakes were runny like a nose and neither burger were made the way the menu said they were to be made. No bbq sauce on the bbq burger, no bacon or avacado. For $87 I expected better. I will not be patronizing this Smashburger again. Fool me once!

First impression wasn’t too good. Didn’t seem like there was good communication between the register and people in the back making the orders. I ordered an Avocado club double smash burger. I asked the lady on the register for no ranch because the menu says it came with it and sure enough my burger had ranch. I wasn’t too happy about that. I came here only to be underwhelmed by the service and food quality. I’d say McDonald’s quality food advertised as something that it’s not. I probably won’t be coming back here.
