most amazing mushroom pizza I've ever had. The crust was so amazing I had to eat the crumbs, and the mushrooms alone were phenomenol. Would love to have this recipe. The green pasta thing with shredded pork was awesome, had a surprise spice to it. The broccolini and beet salads were out of this world. To cap it off the tiramisu was the best I've had in 20 years. It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny as I'll remember the experience far longer than the price. Thanks so much Slay!!! (also thanks for cooking a gluten-free pasta in separate water for my wife, but see if you can buy Jovial brand--it's hands down the best one I've had).
My partner took me to Slay when I flew into LA last week. The restaurant and service are superb. They have a wonderful selection of wines and everything we ordered was delicious. I was left wanting to try other items on the menu, but there is only room for so much at a time. We will definitely be back once we make LA our new home this summer!
