So happy to find this Sizzler. Last time I’ve been to a Sizzler was before the pandemic and then most of the Sizzlers closed around my area. One day I was craving Sizzlers and found this one 30 min away from home. I’m so glad I came. The salad bar is so clean and fresh. Steak was very tender. Freddie was such an attentive waiter. Super excited to have Sizzlers back in my life.
So usually you don't find many differences is chain restaurants, but I gotta say this Sizzler was better than most. All the food was cooked nicely and the staff was very friendly. I am definitely not a fan of salad bar/buffets or the Sizzler restaurants of the past, but we were invited to go for a bday celebration so we went. I haven't been back to this location since they remodeled, and honestly thought I would never go back because it was so bad before. BUT, wow they've changed for the better by a lot! It's clean and new and no more crumbling ceiling into the restaurant tables and salad bar. Aesthetics were better, but how about the food and service? YES!!! I ordered a sirloin steak not expecting it to be very good, but it was actually really good - cooked to medium as I asked for. And juicy and flavorful. I also ordered a salad bar, and everything was fresh and there were lots of toppings to choose from. And the servers were very attentive. We were a large group and even the manager was making sure everyone had their drinks filled and empty plates removed.
