The grits and cheese were delicious, the service was on point.. she was very nice. The pancakes tho the pancake tasked home made to me that was the best part! The fish was crunchy and not dry. This place has good food!

I am a Hartford native, and knew about this place for decades, yet had never eaten there. I went for breakfast and it was excellent. Breakfast for me consisted of scrambled eggs with fried whiting fish grits home fries and toast, with tea. Friendly service and good food... What more could you ask? Parking: Extremely limited, as there are about four parking spaces in front of the building.
