Sirloin Stockade

Worst place I've ever eaten by far!!! Everything except the salad bar & ice cream from the machine tasted terrible and the food from the bar was what you would expect from a place serving free food. Correction, I've eaten from many places serving free food that was much better! I can't express how disappointed we were to pay for a meal from a restaurant, to have mini corn dogs, leathery smoked sausage, fish filets that I couldn't cut into, and meat loaf that only had flavor from the burnt crust on top! Not to mention the piece of someone's hair on my son's serving of meat loaf, ugh!

I don't understand how in the world they got an A on their inspection. Just look at the ceiling near the kitchen door between the desert bar and the steak grill. That light and vent is caked in dust. There are cob webs and dust everywhere, it's gross. And the food isn't good. It's edible but tasteless,dry, and stale. Our waitress barely checked on us. Maybe It's the day we came, I'm not sure, but I'm not satisfied.

maybe i didn't ever get their best items, but i have never liked this restaurant and i never want to go back. i will say that the fried chicken thighs are good, but everything else i had was below average and the corn was downright inedible. the building in general looks and feels very unclean (my sister's knife was also dirty straight from the package), which i admit generally comes with the buffet experience but it still downgrades the customer's experience. this establishment has been in paris for a long time and is something many people go to for a nice get together with family and friends, but i am saying personally i would rather eat mcdonald's in a wal-mart parking lot than eat at this restaurant again. only 2 stars because the staff were friendly. the food is just really not great. i don't see the point in going to this establishment for something i could get better for the same price in the same town. also the ice is terrible
