I frequent this place OFTEN and typically I am very pleased. Nice little family owned place. Opened not one but 2 sides of rice to this. Literally scrapped the bottom of the pan. Didn't even fill to the top. Called to get an explanation as why this was thought to be acceptable. Considering this is what seems to be a small privately owned business, everything should be exceptional. Really dropped the ball. Considering the gentleman laughed on the phone means I won't be back. Very upsetting. Added photos of rice. Even burnt rice at the bottom. If I went home instead of traveling to my friends I would go back. This is ridiculous.
First time here and was very impressed with the presentation and taste of the pad Thai! The staff was very hospitable as well. Must try!
Good food but one of owners seemed real grouchy towards female waitress.. felt like they had to be more professional.
