Today was a really good day at Sims! Before I got my ribs home and found the to be exceptionally tender and soaked perfectly in the sauce, the staff had so much personality, customer service and just plain ole great attitudes that I wanted to be their new friend and hang out. But, I didn't. I just went home and ate them ribs.
That dude at the front counter need to go! I’m a good person but it took the grace of god to not snap on him. But the the food was great can’t lie. It’s all about how to keep customers coming in so respect them. Good food is not the only thing that keep customers
I had the rib tips with green beans and coleslaw. The tips were good and flavorful. The coleslaw was less than stellar. The green beans were canned but good. My momma had ribs with greens and baked beans. I didn't care for the rib flavor. The beans were good
