don’t even know where to start. There is no way I would have been able to do this without Adam and Chef Hector. The wedding planning process was so overwhelming I almost gave up and went to the courthouse multiple times. Sidecar Kitchen is 100% the reason I chose to have the big wedding. The day of the tasting I hired them on the spot. Chef Hector’s food absolutely needed to be what was served at my wedding, no questions asked. And Adam was the kindest, funniest, and most enthusiastic planner/ coordinator I’ve spoken with. He wears any and all the hats that need to be worn. My one conversation with Adam was enough to make me put my full trust in his abilities to make my dreams a reality. And my god he did. I sent my vision board over and it was brought to life. THEY EVEN BUILT ME A COOKIE TOWER! Every email and text message was answered the same day, and I was never made to feel like I was a bother. When the weather decided to take a turn to nearly freezing 4 days before my wedding day

Adam and his crew are NEXT LEVEL. The food is exceptional, Adam himself was so personal, kind, hard-working, and the whole team was so fun to be around, very personable. They were hustling the ENTIRE event long, from set up, to serving, to clean up. I was just a guest at a wedding but Adam’s passion and professionalism beckoned me to write a well-deserved review. I have no event plans in the near future but with every dish that they put out being more delicious than the last I may just need to have one. Coconut shrimp, were my favorite but comfort foods on the coldest night of the year like grilled cheese triangles were extra special touches. LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!!

If you are currently shopping caterers: look no further, Sidecar Kitchen is definitely the best choice for whatever event you're planning. Adam and his team did our wedding and it could not have been more perfect in any way. Everyone raved about how awesome the food was all night (cheers to Chef Hector!). His entire team - the servers, bartenders, everyone - is so amazing. Adam also did our flowers and decor, made our cake which was both beautiful and delicious, and helped me plan from 2,000 miles away and just absolutely killed it. His attention to detail cannot be matched. Adam was able to take my dream wedding and turn it into a beautiful reality. Basically, do yourself a favor and get you an Adam.
