Top notch service. We even accidentally forgot our pizza box (that we were taking home) at the table at the end of the meal and they came out into the parking lot and called out our name so we could get it. Very nice and fun, remembered names, plus really liked the truffle risotto

Excellent service. Excellent food...half off wines on Wednesdays... great. One year went by and the experience completely flipped. We sat outside, my mother in law in her wheelchair, my dogs in stroller, me and my husband. We waited long to be served. The service was in drops, I went inside there were a couple of tables. It was sad, an unstable table wasnt as bad as uncomfortable to be asking for things: napkins, salt, pepper, pepper grind... parmesan. We got a bowl of salad... we sat for lunch towards the end. We wanted more salad: the manager wants you to order a garden salad.... INSANE. RUDE. WRONG MANAGER. We were trying to make the best of the experience... food took long but like I explained the delivery of things, and the delivery of that MANAGER who never came outside. We are going to stay nearby with our Oakland location after this awful experience. Food wasnt free...

Alfredo taste was awful. I ordered a Nonna pizza a few days prior from Sicilian and it was absolutely delicious just as the positive comments had raved about their pizza quality. So I decided I wouldn't have to do much more vetting for something else on the menu, but the alfredo sauce had absolutely no taste (no seasoning, no salt, no pepper just nothing). It tasted like heated milk. The chicken was also awful, although it was cooked it carried a strong fleshy odor that also lacked any taste. I honestly assumed that an Italian restaurant & alfredo goes hand in hand. My order did not arrive with any plasticware either, imagine eating with your hands thinking you're about to devour.
